New Virtual Options at 2020 Tech Innovation Forum

This year the Tech Innovation Forum, has expand ways in which to attend by adding in a virtual option. This will allow those not able to attend in person to access our leading speaker sessions, panels, startups, Fast Pitches, LaunchPad Presentations and have the ability to network with attendees.

Octane has partnered with our Tech Innovation Forum venue, AV Irvine, as well as local health organizations to make sure Tech Innovation Forum is not only a great event (virtually and in person) but also safe for you and your colleagues.  Our primary concern is the safety of our attendees.

Below we have introduced four new opportunities to ensure the event is safe for all.

  • Enhanced Safety Protocols- We have implemented enhanced event safety protocols to ensure that all attendees feel safe attending our events. You can read the full plan here. As we move forward, we will continue to follow all guidelines and take all precautions as recommended by the CDC and health departments.
  • Livestream & On-Demand Access- If you choose to attend the conference remotely, you can still access our leading content through our livestream or at your convenience through a content library. We have leading technology speakers throughout our two day conference and an exciting agenda that you can take part in from your home.
  • Community Virtual Connect- We are expanding the capability of our event app to allow you to connect and network with other attendees whether you are at the conference or attending virtually. You can set up meetings and connect with others right from the app!
  • Breakfast with Experts- This is a newly added feature as well—and will be done entirely online! Each session will have its own virtual meeting where attendees and experts can meet in a small group format. Space will be limited and on a first come first serve basis.

We will continue to make adjustments and create more value for attendees that want to only attend Tech Innovation Forum virtually. If you have any questions, please reach out to Rita Battocchio, Head of Events at rita@octaneoc.org
