Aliso Viejo, CA, March 11, 2020. Octane, Southern California’s leading accelerator, announced their 2nd Cohort for Octane’s Non-Profit Accelerator. The program leverages its award-winning LaunchPad, tailoring the process to support the specific needs of non-profits. The 16-week program, designed to help a non-profit increase awareness and enhance their ability to build capacity and sustain the positive impact they have in the community, is supported by Edwards Lifesciences Foundation, providing a pro bono service for the process.
The criteria for selecting organizations that were invited was loosely based on their potential to build capacity and sustainability. In addition, preference was given to those non-profits that had a Technology or STEM component to them and had potential to sustainability based on revenue.
