KORE1 Partners with Octane to Support SoCal Businesses

KORE1, a nationwide provider of recruiting and staffing services, is proud to support SoCal startups and growing businesses through their partnership with Octane. Headquartered in Orange County with offices across the country, KORE1 has been in business for more than 15 years. Their partnership with Octane began more than 5 years ago when one of KORE1’s founders participated in an Octane program. Since then, KORE1 and Octane have worked together to support entrepreneurs and strengthen the SoCal innovation ecosystem.

When start-ups first launch, they often face challenges, including staffing and recruiting. By outsourcing their recruiting efforts to partners like KORE1, a company can quickly increase their success trajectory. KORE1 also helps companies scale up quickly with their flexible delivery models and knowledge of current market trends, offering start-ups additional opportunities for growth and expansion early on.

Known for their IT expertise, KORE1 is a helpful resource for startups involved in Octane programs such as the LaunchPad SBDC Accelerator, providing actionable feedback and staffing for tech and medtech companies in Orange County. KORE1 also supports Octane Enterprise Solutions, offering strategy services and staffing solutions for companies looking to reach the next level. In this capacity, KORE1 provides staff for accounting and finance positions, administrative roles, scientific jobs, and more.

Beyond staffing and recruiting, KORE1 believes in giving back to the communities and industries they serve. In 2021, in response to times of heightened unemployment and food insecurity, KORE1 started an initiative with Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County and Feeding America. Through the program, KORE1 donates $50 for every KORE1 consultant hired. Additionally, the KORE1 partner hiring the consultant can choose to match the charitable gift with a donation of their own. As of August, KORE1 and their partners have donated more than 101,000 meals to families in need.

Sharing a common mission and vision, KORE1 is proud to be a trusted Octane partner helping build and create jobs for Southern California and serving the staffing needs of local businesses.
